Wonderful stay in city center
subway stop balcony room fresh eggs daily cleaning
The subway stop plaza espana is right across from the hotel, very convenient. The balcony room had awesome views facing Gran Via. Breakfast had good assortment with fresh made eggs as you wait, this was nice. Rooms received daily cleaning. i appreciated that.
i didn't receive any vip amenities, except a free glass of cava.

This hotel offers a strategic position, as the metro station is just outside the hotel, this is very convenient. Many landmarks are within walking distance, this makes it easy to explore. i found the location quite convenient.

The staff provided warm welcome upon arrival and were very attentive. Sonia, one of the managers, goes above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy their stay. Luis and Beatrice were both very helpful and professional, they were efficient.

the staff were helpful. It was my birthday so i enjoyed a free room upgrade and treats in my room. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. Bed was comfortable. Shower was fantastic.
the pool and sauna opens at 10:00 am which is incompatable with breakfast closing at 11:00/11:30 am.

friendly staff clean environment convenient location city view
The staff was friendly. They addressed all my needs. The hotel maintained an clean environment. Its location proved excellent due to its proximity to many key spots. I also appreciated the convenience of easy access using the bus and metro. The metro station was directly outside the hotel. The room offered a great view of the city below. The shower was fantastic. The gym featured 24-hour access. I particularly enjoyed my stay due to the excellent staff. I was very grateful for Christina at reception. She gave me a map and explained some must-see spots.
The frosted glass bathroom door featured a cutout design. This design resulted in a lack of privacy regarding sight, sound, and smell.

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section. There is also a sauna available to guests. It offers a relaxing experience after a workout or a day of sightseeing.
